Video thumbnail issue

    Hi.
    I’ve just inherited a site using this useful plugin and I have an issue with the Vimeo video thumbnail images being used in the carousel.

    When the product page first loads it uses a thumbnail of the product feature image followed the Vimeo video thumbnail. I’m hiding the product feature image to remove the weird image overlay effect.

    When the product COLOUR attribute chooser is used to clear the colour selection both the video thumbnail images are replaced with the transparent-video-play.png plugin image. When a colour is chosen it reverts the thumbnails to the original loaded page configuration.

    I’m not sure what’s triggering the refresh of the thumbnails on COLOUR attribute clearing.

    What I’d ideally like is to always use the transparent-video-play.png overlaying the Vimeo video thumbnail.

    Any help with what I’m overlooking here would be great.

    That’s got the thumbnail functionality working correctly.

    I’ll look forward to being able to put the video back before the images soon.

    Hi there,
    I’ve added ‘after product image‘ option in to ‘place of the video‘ settings.
    Please check it now.
    if you wish to set video before product gallery and you don’t have product images base on your product variation than please remove image from variation and add image into product gallery.

    Hi.

    Thanks for the update.
    Unfortunately I can’t get the videos to play at all any more no matter which placement option I use.
    The thumbnail and the overlay appear correctly but the video keeps getting skipped as you move through the carousel.

    The site I’m testing it on is here:

    Is there an easy option for downgrading back to 1.2.1 for now?
