    Hi!

I installed the Facebook for woocommerce plugin. I created my Facebook and Instagram store. I created a dynamic ad on Facebook. And there was an error in Facebook’s event handler. In the diagnostics section:

The AddToCart event is not deduplicated.

You also send AddToCart events using your pixel and server, but they are not deduplicated because you did not set an “event_id” parameter for the event. If “event_id” is not set, your AddToCart events will be counted twice because they cannot be duplicated.
This can cause problems assigning your ad campaigns.

Set an “event_id” parameter for your AddToCart event in the content sent by the server. The Facebook for Developers website has a Payload Helper display that matches the enhanced content.

I deleted the Facebook for woocommerce plugin, deleted my Facebook and Instagram store, deleted the dynamic ad, but the error still exists.

I want to ask for help
    Thank you

    David

  • Hi @bopkul88,

Could you please double-check that you’re not manually adding a Facebook pixel or Pixel event through your site’s header.php or another Pixel extension (Aside from the Facebook for WooCommerce extension)?

Please let me know what you find so I can help further.

I tried to check your site but I can’t access it on my end: https://d.pr/i/KlKOfY

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
