    I’ve posted an issue with this plugin here in this forum AND submitted a ticket on the Robosoft website. I have a paid PRO version. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the lack of response by the developer.

    When I created my ticket on their website, I found another ticket that I had created a year ago that never got a response. Scratch that…they asked for a link so they could investigate, but I had already given them the link in my original post. After that, they never responded again, and the ticket was still open until I closed it last week…a full year after I had submitted the ticket.

    Buyer beware…the support for this plugin is non-existent.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
