This is a big error in uploading file

Plugin uploads file more than 7times , it just imports from gallery an paste even when i tick only jpeg.
let me explain
assuming i send a message hi with buddypress
it automatically sends all the images i have uploaded
(if disable file upload for private chat it dose not do the junk upload, but if enabled it continue when sending any message
