• Hello,
    I set up custom shipping cost based on different product IDs but when adding of one these products to my cart, the shipping cost doesn’t update and I even have “no shipping cost available” – seems like the connexion between the plugin and my website doesn’t work.

    Can someone help?

    Apologies for the delay. Could you please check if there any caching plugins causing an issue?

    You can also try once by clearing your cart and adding the product again.

    If you can share a screenshot of the settings that I can have a look and determine what could be going wrong.
