Customer Chat plugin

  • Facebook Chat Customer chat plugin is not working properly. Although I have switched “message as guest” option and allowed only messaging by signing in to facebook, my website still allow customer to send messages as guests.

    That’s how it should be when it’s closed; the guest option is not supposed to appear but it still appear on the site although it’s closed

    Hi @safeyaelhalawany,

    Can I ask you to go through the setup process one more time, and see if the settings stick this time?

    Also, the Chat plugin settings can also be controlled via the Page settings section (on Facebook), so it’s possible it might have been over-ridden from there at some point.
