Vendor Registration Without Payment option on Woocommerce Membership Plugin

Hello everyone,

I am creating a multi-vendor marketplace with Woocommerce with two Seller Plans. The first plan charges a $10 commission per item sold + 3% of the sale, and the second Plan charges $20 per month + 2% of the sale.

On setting up the vendor registration page, I want to remove the Payment section because vendors will either pay as they sell for one plan and at the end of the month for another plan. Also, I want to insert a Merchant Agreement in the place of payment and require the vendors to accept the agreement before completing the registration process.

Please, how can I remove the Payment stage from the registration process and add a text page with a check box to accept the agreement?
