Changed ticket status notification

Hi,
I am using your support plugin, which is really great.
I have one issue – every time user gets the reply from our agent, he gets also the notification that his ticket is closed (Changed ticket status notification). I didnt find any additional settings for this email, so do you have any idea why is this happening? It is not an option to generally exclude customers from receiving this e-mail, and right now this is the only way not to send it every time we reply to the customers.
