    Hi,
Since this afteroon & after I posted a new article on my blog, the posts on the home page are only partially displayed, the page’s background is gray & no widget is visible! You can check it here: https://www.thegoddessways.com/lalehameri

I haven’t changed anything & can’t figure out what happened.
Need your urgent help please. This blog is linked to my professional activity.
    Thanks

Seems like something in the code you just posted broke the site. Change that post to Draft or Unpublished (same thing) status in admin and see if that fixes your site.

You are probably missing a closing </div> tag or something in the code of your post.

First, take this </div--> out of the code that is in your post.

That is probably your problem right there.

You also don’t need the next <div align ="left"> and it’s closing tag because left is the default anyway, and you have your text set to be justified.

I’m also not sure why you are using font tags instead of controlling your fonts with CSS, but that’s not a problem per se.

p.s. You can avoid problems like this by either typing your articles in WordPress directly or copying them in as plain text with the editor in HTML mode, and then using the WordPress editor to do all of your font formatting, justified text, and all of that. It looks like you are copying your code from another program or a legacy web site. I know WordPress didn’t create that code.

Thank you very much for your quick response.
I couldn’t change the status of that post to draft but after moving the post to trash, the background is color is restored. However I still don’t have any widgets nor all the posts that should usually be displayed…
How can I fix this problem?

I’m indeed using my html editor & then copy it in wordpress. And in fact a </div> was missing.
But how come that removing this post has not restored the site?

    Jonas Grumby

    (@ss_minnow)

Take this out of the second post (Outils pour régler ses problèmes personnels).

    <!--div align ="right"><br />
    <a href="https://thegoddessways.com/seminaireintroductionaeft.php" target ="_blank"><img src="https://thegoddessways.com/lalehameri/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/badge-EFT1.jpg" alt="badge EFT1" title="badge EFT1" width="170" height="277" class="alignright size-full wp-image-2370" /></a>
    </div-->

That is not how you comment something out.

That post is also causing the site to break. You really should stop copying & pasting code from another program into WordPress.

Ok, I’ve checked all my other posts to remove those <div> from them. If you click on an individual post you’ll see the widgets but they still don’t appear on the Home page.
    What’s the problem now?

Outils pour régler ses problèmes personnels page is also broken

Yes, that’s right! You’re really the best.
    It works now.
I’ll never use this html tool again. I promise;)

    Thank you so very much
