Feed truncated on 20 products

Considering that we’ve created 2 feeds (1. a custom feed, and 2. a test feed with defaults values):

– “Include product variations”: Activated for both feeds.

– “Only include default product variation”: Not selected. “Only include lowest price product variation” included en feed 1, not in feed 2.

– “Default item_group_id field mapping”: Changed on feed 1 but restored after and problem persists. Not changed never on feed 2 and generated 20 productos (less than expected)

– “Created filters”: Never created

– “WP-cron is disabled or broken”, not problems with file generation and programming

– “Caching plugins”: First using Autoptimized and Smush plugins. Now are both deactivates but feed generation doesn’t work fine still

I’ve investigated feed generated and I’ve discovered that the problm is with variations: only products without variations are being included on the feed.

What can I do?

Can you share with us a screenshot of the “General feed settings”?

You mention you enabled the “Only include lowest price product variation”. Thar feature only works when all variations for a variable product have different prices. When all variations have the same price then they will all be removed as they all have the lowest price.

Hope this makes sense?

About this, there is always a different price for any product variation in all cases.

I have done all posible tests in “general feed settings”… and I can say that:

CASE 1:
Include all product variations: activated
Only include default product variation: deactivated
Only include lowest priced product variation(s): deactivated
>> In this case, all products and variations are included in both feeds

CASE 2:
Include all product variations: activated
Only include default product variation: activated
Only include lowest priced product variation(s): deactivated
>> Only products without variations are included in both feeds

CASE 3:
Include all product variations: activated
Only include default product variation: deactivated
Only include lowest priced product variation(s): activated
>> Only products without variations are included in both feeds (same as case 2)

The other options are always the same: country = spain, channel: Google Shopping, file format = XML, refresh interval = daily (I make feeds manually for tests).

In conclusion… I would like to include only the lowest priced product of each product with variation, but it’s impossible for me get it…

Case 2 makes sense when you have not set a default variation.

Case 3 settings should be fine so we don’t really know why this is not working for you. Do all your variations have their attributes set?

So the drop-downs have values set and are not on “Any…”? So something like this:

About Case 2, yes, a default variariation is not set.

About Case 3 (option that i would like to use), variations values are setting. I’m using only a size variation and always is set on all variations. I attack 2 images of product settings in woocomerce (WP, Woocomerce and theme are update):

Thanks for sending these over, unfortunately we can’t really see anything off with your feed configuration. Do all your products have the status “Published”? (as the plugin only gets published products)

Yes, of course, all the products are activated. As we explained previously, if we only check the option “include all product variations” then all products and all variations are shown.

Yes that is logical, that is what that feature is supposed to do. We are a bit out of options as to why this is happening.

Have you tried creating a complete new test feed and does it show similar behaviour?
