These guys are very straightforward to deal with. The software works well. We currently have no trouble with spam at all and stopped using recaptcha, or anything like it, some time ago. If there are difficulties, and there are always occasional issues with software, it gets sorted quickly and they keep us informed. Ideal. Now using Cleantalk across nearly thirty sites.
