    Hi team,

    We are keep getting the following notification in the live and testing environment.

    “Please enter your Dokan plugin license key to get regular update and support.”

    1) Live env – I already entered it before. Do I need to enter it again?
    2) Testing env – According to what I ready, you recommend to never ever use license key in the testing environment. However, the Dokan admin dashboard not working properly…

    Can you please advise?

    The Lite version does not have any license key. The paid version has the key and we are not authorized paid version in this forum

    You need to contact the website and the team will help you reset the license key

    The permalink structure is Dokan is very specific and you need to set them according to the documentation

    Not sure I understand your reply.

    I don’t need you to authorized paid version. I already have a License key.
    What I’m asking is different- why do I keep getting this message from Dokan:
    “Please enter your Dokan plugin license key to get regular update and support.”

    In live env things are working even though I still see this message.
    But in the testing env – it prevents me from actually view Dokan admin dashboard.
