Usually, white screens mean that you have an error on your website.
This error could be caused by a conflict between Redux and a third-party plugin.
To figure this out, please deactivate all the plugins except for Redux and activate a default WordPress theme “TwentyTwentyOne” and check if this fixed your issue.
If there is an error, we will need to know it. For that, please try the following:
1) Open the browser console, replicate the issue, and check if there are any Javascript errors there. You may share your findings with me.

After enabling the debug mode, please replicate the issue and share with me the latest error logs in your WordPress error log file.
You may also ask your hosting provider to provide you the PHP error log and share it with me.
