Stripe payments “pending”

Hi there, I know you get this a lot! My apologies.

Stripe (free) payments stay as “pending” in live AND test mode. I tried in 2 diff Stripe account as well.

The webhook is set up, and listening to “all”.

The site also has Gravity and Woo using Stripe in some way so I switched to “Manual Initialization” as a test, but the same result. I also cleared “GiveWP cache” between tests.

Not sure if it’s relevant, but I also tried testing with “Stripe JS Incompatibility” checked.

To be clear, the payment is captured in Stripe, and from a donor standpoint, all seems to work as expected ( except for getting the branded thank you email receipt ).

Please help.
