The Facebook for WooCommerce plugin doesn’t offer a way to prevent guests from sending messages.

Can you please share a screenshot of the settings that have led you to believe this can be disabled?

It’s not the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin; It’s the Facebook Chat Plugin.

That’s how it should be when it’s closed; the guest option is not supposed to appear but it still appear on the site although it’s closed
