    Hey @paramedic192,

    Sorry to hear you are having issues. We have not had this error reported before. Can you try temporarily disabling other plugins and switching to a default WordPress theme to see if you run into the same issue?

    It turns out when we deactivated it and deleted it, it didn’t remove the folder from the server, so each time we tried to download it again it said failed.
