Vendor Details Shortcodes are not working

    So, I’m trying to use one of the provided shortcodes to display basic vendor info, by following this guide : https://docs.wcvendors.com/knowledge-base/pages-and-shortcodes-2/

    Like this example : [wcv_vendor username=”VENDORUSERNAME” vendor_detail=”DETAIL”]

    I have tried with : [wcv_vendor username=”vendortest” vendor_detail=”store_name”]

    Nothing is happening, it just displays the shortcode as text and it’s not even trying.
    I tried this on shop page, product page.
    Nothing seems to be working here, any idea what’s wrong ?

    Hi @louvois78 ,

    Please take note that this shortcode only works for WC Vendors Pro and does not work with WC Vendors marketplace. I hope for your kind understanding regarding this.

    Hello,

    I understand that, but it doesn’t work.
    Please try it yourself, with pro, it doesn’t work.
