    Hello,

I am creating an online grocery store. Unfortunately, no matter what I put in the cart, it always ends up adding dried Blueberries. I am nut sure what I did wrong, or how else to troubleshoot it.

Here’s what I have tried thus far: I switched to a different Theme (I am using Hello Elementor), and I tried switching to Twenty-Seventeen, Twenty-Twentyone and Storefront.
I deactivated all plugins except for Woocommerce.

In both cases, the problem persisted.

Hopefully someone knows something about it, or has an idea and can point me in the right direction.

By the way, it only happens when I add the item from the single product page, not from the store page.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

I took a look at your site, and see what you mean. Taking a look at your “Electric Glass Kettle With Removable Tea Infuser” product and trying to add it to the Cart, it instead adds your Dried Blueberries.

However, adding products to Cart from the Shop seems to work without issue.

Taking a look at the Source of the product page for that Glass kettle, I see that the Add to Cart button is created with Elementor. The form element has an action set as https://staging2.hybo.io/product/whole-dried-blueberries/, while the Add to Cart button has a value of 38, which I see is your Blueberry product ID:

Since this is a staging site, please try deactivating all plugins except for WooCommerce (including deactivating Elementor), and switching to the Storefront theme again so that we can take a look at the default product page.

Also, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply.

Hi, thank you for your reply!

That was indeed what was wrong. I swapped the “add to cart” button with another one offered as Elementor widget, and it works fine now.

    Thanks again, for your support.
