    hello

    i installed the cherrypick plugin for testing in my website, in advanced it worked very well but after less than of 24H, is completely down doesn’t work at all and after click on that for scrapping the page info, just shown the title of in a blank page; that’s it.
    any guide to solve the problem please.

    1. Are you using the latest version of Cherry Picker?
    2. Which site are you trying to scrape?

    About version i installed 1.1.1 and i used that in amazon.

    I just double-checked and it seems like the amazon parser works as expected. What you are facing is most likely some sort of a custom page layout issue. Please try any other product from amazon and let me know if works.
    As for the custom layout pages, I’m aware of the issue, but unfortunately, there’s not much we can do about it. The structure of these pages differs significantly which makes parsing them almost impossible

    CherryPicker supports Amazon (most of the product page layouts), iHerb, GearBest,
    AliExpress and Xiaomi-Mi.com. Custom website parsers also available as a premium feature.

    I checked it in 5 different categories in Amazon and also in iHerb and Aliexpress too, unfortunately doesn’t work at all.

    That’s odd. Let’s try to tackle it.
    So as I understand from your request, what happens is:

    1. You open a product page on one of the supported websites
    2. Click on the bookmark
    3. It opens a greenish page with a product title and gets stuck there

    Is that correct?

    that’s correct but as it appear before greenish page is stopped. After click on the bookmark it shown just white page like as office word new document that you left some title text. I also took screenshot for you but here impossible to send!

    Ok. There are a couple of things we can check:

    1. If you are using Chrome try to right-click on this blank page and select inspect. Jump to the “Network” tab and tell me what you see there. If your server answers with an error, you’ll see it there
    2. Then jump to the “Console” tab (also in the same Inspect panel) and copy error messages if there are.

    In the network tab i just see the empty area but you can see 2 errors sent to the Console:

    Some messages have been moved to the Issues panel.

    1- Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()

    2- Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘classList’ of null
    at Object.init (front.min.js?ver=1.3.2:1)

    “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500” – means that I’ll need your server error log to understand the problem.
    Is there a way you can get it?

    Other things to check:

    1. Your PHP version needs to by 7 or higher
    2. If you installed another plugin after installing CherryPicker, try to disable and it see if it works without

    thanks again for your acts;

    1- I have Latest web server error log messages till yesterday and it’s about “No matching DirectoryIndex”. tell me by details plz your requires maybe i can help you to know better.
    2- No similar active plugins in parallel with that.
    3- PHP version is matched too.

    “No matching DirectoryIndex” doesn’t seem related.
    Can you get a more recent error log? You should look for “fatal” PHP errors.

    I can see just till yesterday in my error page and that was last one recorded. If you know any other ways to take let me know to collect it.
