Woocommerce false payment methods

    Hello,

    I would be grateful if someone could help me solve this issue im having.
    In my woocommerce website, i only have the default paypal checkout enabled.

    But many customers come the support chat tell me that the made and order ( their funds got deducted) while i see it in my orders page i see payment pending and no transaction done on paypal.

    In addition to that. They send me photos of various payment methods that i do not have on my website.I only have paypal/Credit/debit via the default paypal checkout. And many customers send me photos of various bank checkouts etc. Like sofort and many others which i did not add as payment methods.

    Is there anything that i can do to solve this issue?Thanks

    As you can see i have only these options available.And i get orders that stay on pending payment(I do not receive the funds). And when i ask my customers they get charged and they send me photos of some various other payment methods like IDeal and sofort etc.

    And i cannot refund them because i didn’t get their funds and that is very bad for me

    Edit: I added the crypto 3 weeks after the problem appeared. And it is working fine too

    Also so that we get a closer view of your setup, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status?

    You will find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Looking at the system status report, I could not see any major indicators for the checkout issue you reported.

    Also, going by your enabled payment gateways as per your screenshot, it’s hard to figure out how the customers were able to check out in the first place with online payment gateways that are not active on your site.

    Therefore, I would recommend doing the following:

    • Diligently assess the legitimacy of the claims from the customers
    • Work with a WooCommerce Customizations Expert or a developer that can access your site’s backend to check if there are any compromises, custom coding, or other unapparent causes of the issue.
