Ecommerces data go up in the Plugin but not in GA

    Hello,

    Our transaction data has not been going up in Google Analytics for a few days now. On the other hand, they are correctly displayed on the Analytics plugin installed on my website. Can you help me?

    Here is our configuration:

    Plug in : Version 1.4.22
    Woocommerce : Version 3.6.3
    Wordpress : 5.3.6

    Analytics Tag : Universal

    Hi @calimelo13,

    I’ve performed some cross-testing for us today on several of my sites which have the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and our free Storefront theme as the only enabled software. When doing so I’ve not been able to replicate the behaviour which you describe with the analytics data not displaying in Google Analytics Dashboard.

    This cross-testing indicates that what you’re experiencing is not directly related to the WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration plugin itself.

    There is a section within the WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration called Testing Analytics which I have referenced below for you. This section describes how to test using the Google Tag Assistant tool for Google Chrome and alert you to any warnings related to tracking code.

    I’d also suggest reading through all of the setup documentation again just to make sure the integration is configured correctly.
