So i notice the issue after a customer could not pay me.
So he called me i created a pending order manually for him
he went to his account he can see the order and the pay button from his account
when he is clicking on the pay he can see the Pay for order
and the section to give his card details but other than that the is no actual button to click pay. only Save payment information to my account for future purchases.
not the i agree check option is missing all that part

  • Hello,

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem
    • If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Please keep us posted, we will be more than happy to help moving forward.
