    Hi,

We use this plug in on our website and it is great for speed. One big problem is it stops our XML file of completed orders going to our supplier. It breaks the Cron we have set up which then means our product orders dont get sent through to the supplier.

How can we work around this to stop this happening?

    Thanks,
    Shaun

    Hello @alithegreat89

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
W3 Total Cache should note breaking any corn as it’s simply not messing with that part of the website.
However, in order to see what might be causing this, please disable the settings in Performance>General settings one by one, save all settings, and purge the cache after each setting is disabled, and see which option might be causing the issue.
    Thanks!

    Hi @vmarko

Are there are any known issues with caching wp export that runs on a schedule?

    Thanks,
    Shaun

    Hello @alithegreat89

There are no reported/known issues with wp export.
This is why troubleshooting is needed to see which option might be causing this.
    Thanks!
