Hello,

Emails being generated by Woocommerce are arriving with virtually all data missing. This includes the customer name, product information and billing address. Screenshot here.

I am currently running the site on Hello theme, and have the same suite of plugins installed I have got on several other Woocommmerce sites that run without issue. I have run a full plugin and theme conflict test with no change in the results.

I have done an extensive search for posts solving similar issues, but none were fully relevant to this specific issue, or had solutions that did not work for me.

I did a line-by-line check on the order processing email template PHP, just in case something had somehow been changed, and found no difference in the standard template.

How are customers checking out on your site? I’m asking as the pages/shortcodes that power the billing/shipping fields seem to be missing when looking at the status report you shared:

If you’re using a 3rd party checkout form (e.g. provided by page-builder plugins), you’d need to make sure their form data is passed to WooCommerce for use in email notifications.

Hey there,

I was using the Elementor Woocommerce Pages widget. There is no particular reason to use it so I just swapped these over to use the shortcodes. Unfortunately the issue persists with almost no data being sent through to the emails

Well this is embarrassing… When I’d formatted the emails I had set the text colour to white. This issue is now resolved.
