End time of a shift

    Hello,

    I’m looking for a way to extend the time end of the shift. I want to make it bookable for yoga classes and they are starting at 17:30. But in the settings of the shift the end can be set latest at 17:00. Please advice.

    Also I’m looking for a way to make the time in 24H view on the front-end.

    Hello,

    the working days of the employees cannot exceed the opening and closing hours defined from the global configuration, which are set by default to 8:30 – 17:00. So, you just need to open the global configuration of VikAppointments and extend the opening time and closing time settings.

    Afterwards you need to edit the working days of the employees and adjust them to the new configuration.

    Always from the global configuration of the plugin, you are able to change the time format to 24H through the homonym setting.

    Hello,

    Thank you very much, so far so good. I didn’t saw that CONFIGURATION was a button also, as GLOBAL is only dropdown.

    Is there a way to show first the calendar with all the services? And when a date is selected to be show which services are available for it?

    Thanks for your feedback. We will consider to insert an item called “Global” within the dropdown and leaving the “Configuration” menu item just a separator.

    Unfortunately it is not possible to have a unique calendar displaying the availability of all the services, since the availability calculation is strictly related to the working days of the employees and to the duration of the services.
