    Hello,
    are there any known compatibility issues with Sucuri or GOTMLS plugins? Especially in regards to blocking Wordfence and Sucuri SCANS. It is really only the Scans. Access to the site itself is not affected.

    Hi @dtsinter,

    I have responded to a few topics in the past that address questions that some of our customers have about results from Sucuri scans, so I don’t suspect that Wordfence is blocking these services intentionally in this case.

    Are you presented with any specific error messages from Sucuri/GOTMLS, and/or when you visit the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page, can you see any errors or failures reported? There could be an issue around incoming or outgoing connections from your site which might impede these tools.

    If you don’t see problems in your diagnostics, Learning Mode could help solve the connection issue. From the Wordfence Dashboard click on Manage WAF. Then you will see Basic Firewall Options > Web Application Firewall Status. Change the option to Learning Mode. This will help Wordfence learn that any actions during this time are normal and it will allow them in the future.

    During this time, try to scan your site again.

    Afterwards, switch the WAF from Learning Mode back to Enabled and Protecting.
