Editing Text

I would like to change some of the text displayed on checkout page to fix grammar/spelling. How could I do this?
I know I could probably edit files directly, but then any changes I make would be lost if plugin updates I assume. I have Pro version.
eg-
‘Actual delivery time can very from the one selected by you’
‘You have to come on the selected date and time only, to pickup your order ‘
