Popup Builder doesn’t work

    I have a serious problem with the Visual Composer plugin.
    Popup Builder doesn’t work ??
    By accessing the popup creation page the system shows a blank page (it is not possible to make any visual personalization).
    I tested with different browsers.
    Have you received any other reports for this issue?

  • Having same problem suddenly. Inspector tool says: Blocked loading mixed active content “https://DOMAIN.com/wp-includes/css/editor.min.css” I’ve tried a bunch of force SSL asset plugins and nothing.

    Is it possible that there is no solution?
    I tried to revert back to version 32 but nothing, it doesn’t work ??

    Hi,

    Can you activate the WordPress debug mode to check if you are getting any errors on blank page?

    It might be your WordPress instance doesn’t have the correct user role capabilities for popups.

    You can try to reset popup capabilities, by opening yourwebsite/wp-admin/options.php

    then looking for “vcv-vcv_popups-capabilities-set” and set it value to 0, then click enter (to save) or on the bottom of the page click “Save Changes”

    Thanks Pavel, i verify my options.php but i can’t find “vcv-vcv_popups-capabilities-set” option ??
    I can’t find any string with the word “popup” ??

    It is random because it was working and I did not update anything and I am using the only user account there is which is obviously the admin account.

    I, too, can’t find any that option or anything with “popup”.

    I may have figured out the issue and it has nothing to do with this plugin.

    @cocomeros what theme are you using and is it made by CMS Masters? It may be a jquery issue.

    I am using Blocksy. I also tried to debug but I always see blank page without errors ??

    Okay, try this anyway.

    Install the classic editor plugin and set it to “use classic editor” and “allow to choose”.
    Install the “Test jQuery Updates” plugin. Set the settings to 1.12.4 and “Enable”.

    I think WP 5.6 changed the jquery version or something related to it.

    Luckily I solved the problem! Support made me a temporary change pending bug fix on the next version. Thanks to the support men!
