    Suddenly a plugin causes a fatal error on my site.
    When I tried to add files to downloads, I would get a fatal error.
    Problem data:
    WordPress version 5.6
    Current Theme: Hilary Theme (version 2.6) – Genesis
    Current plugin: Download Monitor (version 4.4.4)
    PHP version: 7.4.9

    The E_ERROR error was caused on line 12 of /home/sprytnawsieci/public_html/wp-content/plugins/download-monitor/templates/content-download-title.php. Error message: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_version () on null in /home/sprytnawsieci/public_html/wp-content/plugins/download-monitor/templates/content-download-title.php:12

    Hello @sprytnawswieci ,

    I am sorry for both this late reply and the fact that you experienced this issue. Just tested this on a local installation but could not get that error ( WP 5.7 and Download Monitor 4.4.4 ). Does this error persist or is it solved now? And if it has been solved, could you be kind and tell us what was the cause of it?
