Custom Code for Contact Form

  • Hello! I’m looking to make some adjustments to the appearance of my contact form. I’ve attached two links: this link, https://clients.creativedesigndok.com/aegis/ shows the placement and design of the contact form I would like to achieve. It’s located underneath the background video playing and this link, new.aegiscgi.com is my current website that I would like to achieve the results on. I really like how it’s centered directly underneath the first section and how there’s a CTA button in there. Thank you for your help!

    Hi! Thanks for your time and the attached link, however I’m aware of most of that already. I’m just really, really short on time with a ton of bigger tasks to take care of and I was hoping someone out there might have a similar code handy I could add to my style sheets/editor etc to help me out to get this done. Thanks again and if there’s anyone out there with more information I would really appreciate your help!
