Shopify Buy Button pages don’t load on mobile

  • Hello,
    The page or post where I put my Shopify Lite Buy Button don’t load on mobile. Or it takes 30+ seconds to load when they actually do. On desktop it loads just fine. Touching the mobile screen makes it load immediately, but if you don’t touch it you have to wait until the screen times out for it to load.
    I have tried pasting the Buy Button code in 4 places: in the code editor in a Blog Post and the code editor of a Page. Also, in the Body Scripts in both a page and a blog post.

    I called Bluehost and Shopify and tried to troubleshoot for many hours with them, they suggested I contact WordPress. Please help, thank you.

    If that button is a feature of your plugin, then I recommend asking at your plugin’s support.

    If that button is a feature of your theme, then I recommend asking at your theme’s support.

    The button is a feature from Shopify. I don’t use it from a plugin or as a feature of my theme. It’s just a javascript code I paste onto my site.

    I spent about 2 hours on the phone with them last night trying to trouble shoot it. They recommended I contact WordPress. Can you please help?
