    Added the plugin, set it up, done test orders, and made sure they’re completed, but no emails are coming through.

    I checked spam, and ‘all mail’ but still no luck.

    I’m thinking it’s the way the website may be set up or a different plugin is interfering? Where should I go from here.

    sorry for the late reply….If this is still relevant and for someone else, sometimes they might bounce back, ie. they don’t come to inbox at all. Solution is to use some SMTP plugin per these docs: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/#section-4

    also it explains how to see if email are really being sent via that plugin.

    I have the same problem; when I test this, the referral coupon does not go out. I have Post SMTP installed, so I have an email log, and there is nothing in it.

    Hi @goran87 I’m having the same issue here! I don’t receive any of the 2 emails that are sending the codes. Please help me, I’m planning on buying the pro version if this free feature works.

    Hey guys,

    sorry for the late reply. Yes, the biggest issue is with emails being marked as spam and getting bounced off. Unfortunately, the only solution is to install the SMTP plugin and that should hopefully fix it up. But I see that Barry tried and no luck with SMTP as well.

    There is nothing that we can do on our side. We are launching a new plugin, altho it will be premium, we are in open beta and giving one year fully free, so just ping me on support @ wpgens.com and ill send you info if you are interested. Or signup on loyalgenie.io website signup form. This new plugin will use our email service to make sure that email will get delivered.

    Again for anyone else experiencing the same issue, SMTP it the only thing that can help with email delivery. We are using built-in WordPress email system, nothing custom on our side.
