Thermal printer does not work

    Hi there, I am not able to print with thermal printer. What I want to do is to be able to print by thermal printer but if I click print by opening a new page it prints fully white page.

    How can I print and for thermal printer ?

    Then I will be adding order notes by using hooks

    I’ m sorry to read that you’re having issues with your printer. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control: we can only provide assistance with issues related to the plugin specifically.

    We recommend that you contact the manufacturer of your printer and ask them for help with this issue.

    Thanks for your answer but thermal printer actually works i can not print pages by using plugin. Sorry for misunderstanding. How i can manage it ? I mean how can i edit the template as 80mm thermal size package slip.

    Hello @anindaorada,

    You would need to create your own layout that is more suitable for 80mm.

    We don’t offer this out of the box, but you can modify the page dimensions: Use custom page size/orientation.
