    Hi !

    As seen in the FAQ documentation, it seems i have a poor delivery rate and my last 3 article notifications were not sent. They are in a “pause” status.

    I see the common error message displayed on the article notification page. But, my account is not “banned” on mailpoet.

    How can i resolve this problem ?
    (At least, my 11 subscribers are not spammed xD)

    Hi @titanscity, thanks for contacting us.

    I can confirm the MailPoet Sending Service is currently paused for your account.

    This happened months ago and I can see it’s related to a high number of hard bounces.

    Sending has been restored to your account.

    We recommend from now on:

    – Protect your subscription forms by adding a captcha (also if you’re using any third party form plugin integrated with MailPoet);

    – Keep the Inactive Subscribers Feature enabled by going to MailPoet > Settings > Advanced. MailPoet will simply stop sending emails to subscribers that never open your emails;

    – Remove unconfirmed users that are 2 months old;

    – If you’re sending transactional emails with us, we recommend changing the option in?MailPoet Settings > Advanced >?Send all site’s emails with…?to?“the default WordPress sending method”?option.
