Hi, every Stripe plugin that I install and try to activate gives me an error. It shows me a blank page with the following message:

“The link you have followed has expired.
    Please try again.”

Also, when I try to activate them they create a blank page for every attempt with “payment”, “Checkout-Result,” shipping “…

I don’t know what happens. Can you help me?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @mjcastaner

The “link you followed has expired” error is fairly common in WordPress if certain settings aren’t at specific levels, and would explain why it happens with multiple plugins, not just WP Simple Pay.

To fix the “link you followed has expired” error, all you need to do is to increase the maximum upload size and execution times for your website.

You can read more about the process here, but you may want to reach out to your web host to make the changes for you.

Once you can get WP Simple Pay installed and can share a link to the payment form page, I will be glad to help you troubleshoot further. However, you should solve the “link you followed has expired” issue first.

Hello Adam! I’m going to contact my hosting to see if they can solve this for me and I will confirm if it was finally this or not. Thank you!

    Hello Adam,

    Solved.

It was finally solved but using the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin. Coincidentally, an old co-worker knew where the problem could be and has been browsing my website to see it. In the first place, I did not have the Woocommerce plugins activated (because I did not know that assets were needed already), then he has looked for the plugin that I was commenting on and another one (WooCommerce Blocks) and then he has managed to connect my sales platform with Stripe to through my personal passwords. He also had to configure the cart because I had disappeared … it seems that he created error pages for me for this absence.

    Have a good day!!
