Multiple %BLANK% variables in a survey ?

    Good day to the QSM Users !

    I am asking for help today because i would like to know if there is a way to use multiple %BLANK% in a survey.

    The goal would then to save and display on the results page the “%BLANK1%” , “%BLANK2%” and “%BLANK3%” datas.
