Produits téléchargeables – lien invalide

    Bonjour,

    J’ai fait une recherche par mot clé dans le forum mais je n’ai rien trouvé concernant mon problème.

    Depuis la dernière mise à jour de WooCommerce, mes clients ne peuvent plus avoir accès au téléchargement de leurs produits virtuels.

    Ils peuvent passer le commande (paypal, chèque ou virement) et une fois la commande terminée, il re?oivent bien le mail de commande avec le lien de téléchargement dans ce mail.
    Cependant, lorsqu’ils cliquent sur le lien contenu dans le mail, une page d’erreur s’affiche : “Lien de téléchargement invalide. Aller à la boutique”.

    J’ai déjà re-téléchargé le produit, MAJ le lien vers le produit, essayer en différents types de paiement pour écarter un problème avec Paypal mais rien n’y fait.

    Dans les réglages de Woocoomerce, dans Réglages-> Produits -> Produits téléchargeables; les options suivantes sont activées :
    – Méthode de téléchargement de fichiers : Forcer le téléchargement (méthode historique depuis le début du site et qui fonctionnait sans pb jusqu’à présent – je n’ai pas de serveur NGINX à ma connaissance)

    – Les téléchargements nécessitent d’être identifié (sachant que les achats invités sont interdits)

    Je ne comprends pas d’où vient mon problème et cela agace mes clients de ne pas avoir accès à leur téléchargement directement après leur paiement.

    Sorry to hear you are having problems with downloads.

    Could you confirm if you have followed the steps provided in this guide ?

    Have you also tried to regenerate downloads permissions from the single order page? This should create new download link for each product in that order.

    It should be also possible to do this in bulk using this mini-plugin:

    https://github.com/woocommerce/grant-download-permissions-for-past-woocommerce-orders

    Please note however that it’s quite resource-heavy and can slow down sites with many downloads.

    I would recommend using a staging site to test it first.

    Some hosting providers offer a one-click solution to create a staging site, so you may want to check this with yours. If they don’t, you can create a test copy using the free WP Staging plugin:
