learnpress import export plugin

    can i import quizes to learnpress from excel sheet to learnpress using learnpress import export plugin?
    and if i can then how i mean what is the format of excel sheet of quizzes like how many column and what is complete schema?
    i tried to ask on learnpress website but didnt get answer.
