    Hi,

    After last updates (woocommerce Version 4.9.0 and Facebook for Woocommerece Version 2.2.0) I encountered into 2 issues:
    1. Shop (tab or box) disappeared from my FB page. there’s no option to add it as a tab since there’s no such options available at all and no other way to make it shown again (On IG shop some of the items do appear though…)

    2. items although connected and seems available on the catalog are not shown here:

    3. I have multi currency site and I used to change the currency manually on the items page under the catalog manager, now that it’s gone, is there a way via the plugin to show only a single specific currency on my shop? (once it will reappear…)

    On IG shop some of the items do appear though…

    Hmm… If the IG shop is selling the catalog items, chances are high that we have to fix it on the Facebook page side.

    Please visit your Commerce Manager: https://www.facebook.com/commerce_manager/ – check under Shops for the active shop then click settings as seen in the screenshot here: https://d.pr/i/aiYwtG.

    Next, under Business assets > Ads and Sales channels, check under the Facebook tab to see if the shop is active and visible. It should look like this screenshot (https://d.pr/i/GYjtUO) when visible and active.

    In case it is Inactive you may want to activate it.

    Is there a way via the plugin to show only a single specific currency on my shop?

    Yes, by default, the plugin will use your WooCommerce shop base currency.
    You can read more about Facebook’s supported currencies here: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/151451521590943?id=738655959856647

    Alternatively, I recommend pinging the Facebook support to see if they have a clue on what’s going on.
    Sometimes it happens that they have seen the behavior before and can guide real quick on what to fix.

    Hey,
    Thanks a lot.
    The weirdest thing. The “Settings”, although indeed seems clickable, doesn’t open at all. there’s no option to click on it: https://prnt.sc/x48m7m
    Anyway the FACEBOOK shop seems active and visible : https://prnt.sc/x48vpl

    I will contact facebook for sure, something is really wrong here..

    Something that may be related to the plugin is that yesterday I faced the same issue, missing the shop from the page (although it was still visible on Instagram) and missing the items on the catalog manager BUT later on the same day it reappeared.
    The thing is that not all items were displaying on the catalog manager. Some were missing.
    Those items that were missing from the catalog manager didn’t have the Facebook ID in the Woocommerce product page like that: https://prnt.sc/x496us
    The ID is missing although it is set to show and sync: https://prnt.sc/x49em1
    Can you help with that please?
