Hi, I’m running into a problem after installing and setting up the plugin.

When the popup is activated, clicking ?Read more?, ?Reject? or ?Accept? on the popup, results in a redirect to “[current url]/undefined” resulting in a 404-error.

Example: Visiting website.com → click ?Accept? in cookie popup → Page sets correct cookies and redirects to website.com/undefined

I wish to figure out how to stop the redirect.

I’ve tried searching around, but can’t seem to find others with the same problem. I’ve checked the console for related errors, but can’t seem to find anything related. It only happens with the links/buttons on the popup, when the popup is activated.

Hope you can help me figure out how to fix the problem.

Hi @ssssamstrup,

It seems to be an issue with the site theme file (https://www.stenholtglas.dk/wp-content/themes/portra/js/functions.js). So please change the below line from the file to exclude the plugin’s tags,

$('a').on('click', function(e) {

to

$('a:not(.cli-plugin-button, .cli-settings-mobile, .cli-privacy-readmore)').on('click', function(e) {

Hello

I’m having the same issue here, although the plugin was working a couple of years ago that I installed it, no it seems to redirect to an undefined page when a button is pressed. My website is goodgood.gr and I use the Avada theme. I tried to find functions.js but no luck, any help will be appreciated.

Hi @ggeorgoudakis,

We have noticed a conflict with the script of “wp-google-analytics” plugin.
https://goodgood.gr/wp/wp-content/plugins/wp-google-analytics/wp-google-analytics.js

As you are using our plugin, you can disable that and add the script via our plugin. Please try doing so.
