Multisite Admin Access (Share Database)

Hello,

I have set up a multi-site which shares the same database. I am having issues sharing the administration privileges with user id 1 (administrator).

Is there a way to update the database if a specific user logs in, changing the prefix of capabilities & user_level?

e.g.

wp1_capabilities -> <rename> -> wp2_capabilities
wp1_user_level <rename> -> wp2_user_level
