Hello guys,

I have this client website where the cookies (complianz_consent_status, cmplz_marketing and cmplz_event_0) are always set to “deny”. Even though I press ACCEPT ALL and the scripts are loaded from Google Tag manager, the cookies’ value will be kept on “deny” (or even updated to “deny” if I change the cookies’ value manually before).

The problem is that even though the scripts are loaded, when I go to a new page they are again unloaded and I have to press on “Manage Consent” and press “Accept All” again..

Can you guys help me figure out why this is happening?

We just found a bug in the storing of the consent. It’s merged in github:

https://github.com/Really-Simple-Plugins/complianz-gdpr/
You can install this branche if you want to check the fix.

We will do some additional tests, and release the fix as soon as possible.

@rogierlankhorst I’m surprised you’re already working on it and good job for this! ?? However, I installed the new branche and it is still not working, I don’t see any difference.

I just tested your site, it is working for me now. Can you try clearing your browser cache, or try in an anonymous window?

Having the same problem on the premium version. Is the github code also suitable for premium users? Or will you be releasing a separate fix for premium soon?
