Permission Denied

  • I keep on getting the Notice “You do not have the required permissions to access this page.” for the users I already unlocked the permissions for the SCORM page
    ( domainanme.com/cluevo/lms/my-learning-tree/scorm-file-name ).
    I can access the SCORM page if am logged in as administrator.
    But none from any users added on the group which are all permitted.
    All the groups are unlocked to the course, users are unlocked individually as well.
    I checked the cluevo tables and users has access = 2 on the permission table.
    Can you help if what part I am missing?

    Hey chichipaloma16,

    sorry you’re running into issues. What version of the plugin are you running? You could try re-saving the tree and see if that improves what you are seeing. Do the permissions work on elements that are not modules or does this only apply to the actuall modules?

    I have this exact same issue. Just installed and trying out Cluevo.

    I have the same issue. I’ve created groups and given all permissions but only admins can access the module (for some reason this only happens to the module with scorm).

    ok thanks for the reports, we’re investigating this. Would anyone be willing to open a ticket via our homepage so we can get some more in-depth information?
