    Hi all,

I’m experiencing a VERY annoying and unsolvable (to me) problem:
Since I updated to 2.9.2 all themes with a sidebar clear shift the sidebar all the way down to the bottom of the weblog and use the original position of the weblog as part of the page to place post content. I completely uninstalled the weblog multiple times, with database restore and without database restore, installation process and update process but I can’t get rid of the problem anymore!

    My weblog is at https://www.sylvari.org/blog

There you can see the problem in action.
    Could anyone please advise?

    Regards

  • I don’t see any obvious problems with your blog. The sidebar is tucked up top right just under the header. It looks fine. Maybe clear your browser cache?

    heya,

It was a corrupted post, a closing code tag was removed in a published post. The editor didn’t notice it (and nope neither did I). After restoring the code tags everything’s appearing right again.

How the code could interfere with (all) multi-columned themes is still a riddle to me.

    Thanks for checking though ??

Well, the same post content will be pulled into whatever theme you activate so it makes sense to me that it would mess up any theme you tried.
