Connect your plugin with my theme

Hello there hope you are good,
I really apprecieate your plugin since i was looking for something like that from some time…
I have a little problem with the usage and i hope you could help me to fix it (if it can works i go for sure for the pro version).
The fact is this: I’m using a premium WP theme that works like booking.com, to make it easy to understand, So i’m the admin of the website and other poeple register their hotel,and then costumers can book.
This theme have the possibility to chose how to make the payments if in MODAL mode or WOOCOMMERCE mode. Of course i choosed to use the woocommerce mode.Now…where is the problem?
The problem is that when someone register his hotel in MODAL mode, he have the possibility to choose a deposit parcentage and that’s great…but since i’m using the WOOCOOMERCE mode the deposit box is still present, but is not effective (so there is the voice “select deposit percentage” but that rule is comunicated to the MODAL mode only)
So the question is… is it possible to connect the theme(which use woocommerce )with your plugin ,so that when someone fills the “deposit” box it will be comunicated to woocoommerce instead of the modal mode?
