Login or Register button not working

Hi
When i try to login or Register, looks like the login or register button not working. Can you please update or tell me the prob where can i fix this issue?

When i searched the code, it says:
<p class=”ere-account-sign-in”>You need login to continue. <button title=”Login Or Register” type=”button” class=”btn btn-primary btn-sm” data-toggle=”modal” data-target=”#ere_signin_modal”>Login Or Register </button>

It may be a ere-account-sign-in class issue. If you think on my site, please let me know so that i can try to fix
