EU Cookie + Scripts

Hello,

Due to the new data protection law in Europe, the user must be given the possibility to refuse cookies, and I would like to know two things about this:

1. I would need to know if with the paid version of the plugin it is possible to block the scripts of the cookies without having to extract them all manually.

2. If there is a tip for manually identifying the cookie scripts in the web code
