I updated all my other plugins and then WooCommerce last on it’s own. When I did that I got a message saying there was a critical error on my site.

I reloaded my admin page and it appears as though it inactivated WooCommerce all together. I reactivated the plugin but it still wont load the front end of my website.

I got an error email from WordPress saying a fatal error was caused by WooCommerce Wholesale Prices Premium plugin. I didn’t update that plugin today so maybe it’s just not compatible with the new WooCommerce 4.8 and that’s what crashed it? I’ll let them know too.

Luckily I have backups so will just go back and wait to update for the next version of both plugins. Wanted to let you know.

    Hi there ??

If you received that email from your WordPress site, it is most likely that the WooCommerce Wholesale Prices Premium plugin is causing the issue.

As you mention that you are using their premium plugin, then here is a link to their help desk:

    https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/support/support-request-form/

If you would like to make sure that the WooCommerce (core) plugin isn’t causing the issue, please do the following:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Before you start

    1. First, please make sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. Most hosting companies have this included in the subscription, but you could also consider using a service like?Jetpack. If something goes wrong, it’s nice to know that you can restore your site.
    2. Second, I would suggest installing a plugin called?Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community and it allows you to disable plugins without affecting your current site visitors.

    Cheers! ??
