[URGENT] Print Invoice No longer includes product meta items

  • We love this plugin but all of a sudden, the print invoice in not including the product meta items. We are using Extra Product Options plugin for all product meta items like choose scent type of a soap and so on.

    This was working perfectly fine till the Friday and now only displays the basic product information but not the meta items.

    Any advice is appreciated.

    Hi @pepinvik,

    Could you please let us know whether you have made any changes to the plugin settings or any other plugin on your site?

    Also, please try once by deactivating all other plugins except for the WooComemerce, Print Invoice and Delivery Notes, and Extra Product Options plugin and then check whether the issue still exists or not.

    Thanks for replaying and I did everything you have suggested sir and issue still exists. It is very strange this is happening. And no changes were made to the plugin settings and the plugin is up to date to the latest version

    I am not sure what exactly you want me to share as the plugin as various setting screens sir. We mostly use the default settings that came with plugin except to overwrite the product price with the prices of the product options created thru this plugin.

    So for example we add a simple product called t-shirt and set price to $9.95, then using the plugin, we create options like size and set prices for these options. So If you select XL t-shirt the price will be 12.95, L t-shirt the price will be 11.95 and when a customer adds the product to the cart, price shown will be final price along with the size option they selected.

    As I said, everything works except when using your plugin, the size options are not being displayed.

    I had this problem after updating both Print Invoice and Extra Product Options. The problem can be solved in the Woocommece > Settings > Extra Product options. If you enable Legacy mega data, the extra product options will display on the print invoice again. Hope this helps anyone else with this problem.
