    Hi, it seems that Advanced Shipment Tracking plugin doesn’t work with ACS Courier provider, although it is listed as an active provider. The URL provided https://www.acscourier.net/track-and-trace just sends the user to an error page where they have to enter the tracking number manually.

    Hi @votsiosh,

    We checked the ACS Courier provider tracking URL and we didn’t see any issue with this. There is no direct tracking link for ACS Courier so you need to add a tracking number manually.

    Sorry I think we miscommunicated. I’m adding the tracking number manually to each and every order, but when the customer receives the mail with the tracking number and the link, it just goes to an empty form field in ACS Courier where they have to enter the code again. Is this the “you” you are referring to in this instance? Thank you in advance

    Yes, most of the tracking links to the Shipping providers are direct tracking links unless the carrier website does not allow this option. Check with the ACS Courier if there is a way to construct a direct link which we can concatenate the tracking number to the URL.
